We prioritize capacity enhancement through a diverse range of programmes. We focus on enhancing legal compliance for NGOs and other institutions through seminars. Our staff undergo comprehensive training on project management, leadership, communication, and community mobilization. Unit leaders receive specialized training in leadership, team building, and programme implementation. We empower Self-Help Groups (SHGs) with training in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and savings management. Furthermore, we invest in training programmes for staff involved in monitoring and evaluation at the unit and regional levels to ensure data quality and effective program adjustments. These initiatives aim to improve programme effectiveness, enhance staff morale, increase community participation, and strengthen our overall organizational capacity.
