As part of our NGO’s Student Mentorship Initiative, we provide students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of social service settings. Our initiative supports academic learning through NGO observation visits, structured internships, and fieldwork placements tailored to the student’s interests and academic requirements. We cater to diverse fields of study, offering students the chance to engage meaningfully with real-world issues, build essential skills, and explore career paths in the development sector.

Opportunities We Offer to Students:

• Field Exposure: Experience the working of a vibrant NGO through direct involvement in programmes related to community organization, women and child welfare, community health, education, rehabilitation, and rural development.

• Hands-on Experience: Participate in interventions, outreach campaigns, and programme planning alongside experienced professionals.

• Work with Individuals and Groups: Interact directly with beneficiaries while also learning to design and deliver group sessions and community-based activities.

• Cross-Departmental Learning: Explore various units under our NGO, including:

  • Integrated Rehabilitation Centres for Addicts
