CHASS is designated as the State Level Coordinating Agency (SLCA), of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India, for the coordination of all the Integrated Rehabilitation Centres for Addicts for the effective functioning of de-addiction and drug abuse prevention programmes in the states of Kerala and Lakshadweep. It also ensures the upgrading of the professional skills of the functionaries of IRCAs in Kerala with proper training and networking.

    • Certificate course on Drug De- Addiction Counseling, Behavioral Change, Relapse Management & On Other Thematic Issues for functionaries of IRCAs
