Central Office

Strategic Planning and Governance

      • Coordinates all departments, field offices and grass root level organizations and associations working under CHASS.
      • Maintains records, databases, and documentation.
      • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Oversight

      • Prioritizes strategic and operational planning to align our actions with the mission and vision 
      • Develops short term and long-term goals.
      • Designs strategies and programmes to address key issues we focus on.
      • Regular assessments to monitor performance, manage risks, and identify areas for improvement
      • Evaluates and adapts plans to align with changing circumstances or new challenges.
      • Strong governance practices ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance with regulations, global standards and ethical practices.

Programme Management

      • Coordinates the operations of all departments and grass root level organizations and associations working under CHASS
      • Designs, implements, and monitors projects and initiatives.
      • Tracks progress toward achieving project goals.
      • Coordinates between stakeholders, such as donors, beneficiaries, and partners.
      • Develops campaigns to raise awareness of social issues.
      • Prepares publications, reports, and promotional materials.

Financial Management

      • Manages budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
      • Ensures transparency and accountability in fund allocation.
      • Conducts audits and evaluations of financial performance.
